Stationery List

To make life easier, we have teamed up with www.schoolpacks.co.nz by Qizzle for all your stationery needs. Simply visit the website, find Birkdale Intermediate, select your child’s year level, and click ‘Add’. The whole list will go straight into your cart and be delivered to your door.

Communication

Please follow our Facebook page and bookmark our website, www.bis.school.nz to ensure you are receiving all notices throughout the summer holidays and into the school year. We also send newsletters via email so please make sure the office has your most up-to-date email address. If you need to update your email address, please email office@bis.school.nz.

Payments

Kindo: Once the school year has started, please download the My Kindo App and set up your child’s account. You can pay for EZ Lunch, school trips and events, fundraisers and sports team fees via this app.

Office: All payments can be made directly to our school office with cash or EFTPOS. During the school year, our office will be open from 8am – 3.30pm.

Bank Transfer: All payments can be made by bank transfer. Our account details are:

Music Lessons at School

Give your child the opportunity to enjoy fun, educational, personalised music lessons right here at BIS. Our specialist tutors teach a range of instruments, including piano, guitar, drums, and more!

School Uniform

You can purchase our school uniform from the Warehouse in Glenfield Mall. The culottes can be purchased from Yarntons in Birkenhead. A school hat is encouraged for Terms 1 & 4. https://www.thewarehouse.co.nz/c/schools/birkdale-intermediate
Second-hand uniform will be on sale in the school library Wednesday 28th – Friday 30th January, 9am -12pm.

Hoodie order forms are available in our school office or via the School Uniform link below. Hoodies are printed with your child’s name on the back. If you are unsure of sizing, please pop into our office for your child to try our samples on.
